Carpet Cleaning

No two carpet cleaning jobs are alike. Your neighbor may have the same carpet as you but there will be a difference in the soil level, type of soil, and wear pattern. An inspection will tell me what chemistry will work best, what dilution rate, and how much dwell time is needed. The following steps are usually performed on every job...
*pre-vacuum for any loose soil, sand, or grit (very important)
*move furniture: you are the boss, you tell me what and what not to move and replace
*pre-spray traffic lanes
*pre-spot stubborn stains
*pre-agitation
*optional: clean base boards and backs of furniture
*extraction rinse with high powered cleaning equipment
*post spot any remaining stains
*neutralizing ph treatment that will leave the fibers softer and prevent rapid re-soiling
*post grooming
**recommended: optional protection to cover and seal the fibers for extended life
