Tile Cleaning
Many times tile doesn't look soiled until I start cleaning it, then there is usually a big difference. The focus is on the grout lines but with my 14" tile cleaning wand I cover every square inch of the tile as well. A free test before cleaning will tell us how well it will clean up.
Every situation is different, but the following steps are usually performed.
*area is cleared
*area is vacuumed or swept
*either alkaline wash or acid wash is applied
*after cleaning and rinsing each area, a post inspection will determine if more detail is needed
*area is either dry mopped or blown dry
*furniture is returned
**recommended: optional sealer to protect your grout lines
